Airport

Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) is the main airport serving Puerto Vallarta. It’s about a 25-minute drive to Casa Karma.

Airlines

Many major airlines offer direct or connecting flights to Puerto Vallarta from cities across the U.S. and Canada. It's a good idea to start searching for flights EARLY for the best rates.

Transportation from the Airport

Option 1: Rideshares (like Uber) are available at the airport. However, due to regulations at the airport, Uber drivers are not permitted to pick up passengers directly at the terminal.​ To use Uber upon arrival:​

- Exit the airport and turn left, walking along the building to the end.

- You'll see a pedestrian bridge; cross it to reach the other side of the highway.

-Once across, you can request an Uber pickup from that location. ​

This process involves a short walk and navigating a steep ramp, which might be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. ​

Option 2:

Traditional airport taxis are readily available at the terminal and can provide direct service to your destination. The cost for a taxi is approximately $24 for a 3-passenger car.

🗓️ When to Arrive

The rehearsal dinner (all are invited) is on Friday, December 19, 2025, so we recommend arriving by then (or earlier if you want extra beach time!).
